Instock items

We have large quanlity instock , please go to our Happy CamillE Page to select items directly.   We normally ship the items within 1-3 business days. A few items might need one or two days more, and we will immediately communicate with the buyer for any potential shipping delay.   We need time to list new items to our store. You can click and  view Happy CamillE Colors & Styles  to select item and send email to check our stock, which will save your time and money if we by chance have stock of the item you like.

Pre- Order Of Custom Wig Or Wholesale

If you cannot find the color in the style you like, in our store,  we also provide custom wigs for single item or multi items, please see details below  Below are everage prices for your reference only , some items might have different prices. Please send order sheet and we will quote price of each item.

1. Here below is estimated shipping time to each countries. Please note, customs checking, strike, weather, or other polical issues might make below shipping time longer. Below shipping time does NOT include production time of custom order.

USA, Canada : 7- 15 days

Europe : 7-15 days ( note: Germany and Russia customs is very strict, shipping time might be longer)

Asia : 3-10 days

3. We ship items to the delivery address in your registeration information, please make the information is correct.

Customs, Import Taxes or Duties

We will NOT be responsible for any delay during delivery including but not limited to customs postage checking, strike, force majeure etc.

 As a buyer, it is your duty to pay the tax when you make a order from abroad. Our price does not includetaxes, VAT, or other hidden charges

Returen and Refund

Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 7 days after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.

Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.

If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer's expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. We do not accept any returns without an authorization number on the box or label it is being returned in.
